When is breakfast, lunch and dinner served and how?
Lunch and dinner are served by our staff, and a buffet of vegetables and side dishes is also available.
What are the bar opening hours?
09:00 am - 2:00 p.m; 5:00 p.m - midnight.
What are the reception opening hours?
The reception is open from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
All payments must be made on the day before departure, from 6:00 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Access to the room
You are not allowed to enter the rooms unless you have duly checked in and paid the daily rate.
Special care is required for towels, especially if used only by one person; it is often sufficient to hang it out to dry and make it usable again at least for another time. We ask ladies with make-up to be careful and invite them to use 'disposable' paper towels, so as not to soil (often irreversibly) the towels, and forcing us to throw them away.
Reservation will only be confirmed after receipt of the 20% deposit.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, and it can only be used at another time of the summer subject to availability.
As in any public facility, smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
What are the hotel's treatments?
You can choose from 4 different types of treatments:
All Inclusive: includes full board + drinks (water, local Sangiovese or Trebbiano wine, orangeade, lemonade, coke, beer) + 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room from the third row onwards.
Full board: overnight stay + breakfast + lunch + dinner.
Half board: overnight stay + breakfast + dinner.
B&B: overnight stay + breakfast.
When can I check in?
From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
By what time do I have to check out?
By 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

When is the room cleaning service carried out?
Every day and until 12:00 a.m.; if the room is occupied, we cannot guarantee a cleaning service.
Is luggage storage possible?
Yes, it is available free of charge.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, although only small ones. Extra charge of 10 €/day (includes dining table on the veranda and daily room sanitisation). For specific requests, always contact the management.

Is parking available?
Parking at the hotel and car park 400 m away.
Parking is available until the day of check-out and no later than 10:00 a.m.; should you wish to use the parking space all day, the cost is €7.00 subject to availability arranged with the reception. The parking position is at the management’s discretion.
